Our Olive Oil Party
GASTRONOMIC AND CULTURAL EVENT ABOUT OLIVE OIL- The Olive Oil Festival of the Hotel Tossal d’Altea is a gastronomic and cultural event. We carry out every year with the aim of paying homage to our ancestors (who worked in the olive oil mill on which the Hotel is located) and to revalue the culture of olive oil, bringing the virtues of this liquid gold so essential in the Mediterranean diet.
- In each edition of this Olive Oil Festival, we invite an oil producer to present and explain their product and its production process. In addition, a tasting of various fresh extra virgin olive oils. And the day ends with a special menu whose theme is the olive oil. This menu is cooked by our Chef.
- This journey symbolizes our identity as an old olive oil mill.
